We welcome Mr. Jan Åström as Executive Partner. He will also act as Knowledge Agency’s representative in South of Sweden, with focus on Customer Relations, Business Development and Client Assignment Coordination. Jan has held senior positions in rapidly expanding international IT companies during 10+ years with global responsibility and 7 years as Senior Management Consultant, he has extensive experience of business development and managing complex multi-disciplinary missions. Jan’s expertise comprises Technology, Economics and Organisation with deep understanding of system integration, service and process development with focus on business and customer value.

As a consultant, he primarily works with strategic IT development, change management and as a project leader. Clients appreciate Jan’s drive, solution focused and positive attitude.

We welcome Mr. Niklas Häggström as Senior Partner and Vice President. Niklas has over the years brought great value, both to our clients and also as a member of the Management team. He has a unique quality in combining top level consultancy and knowledge with a good sense for business development. Niklas has over twenty years of experience from many global companies and government agencies in Europe. As a consultant, he primarily works as Enterprise Architect, Information Management specialist, analyst, trainer and team leader.

 

Knowledge Agency also joins BIPA ICT seminar in Bridgetown, Barbados.

Knowledge Agency’s contract with Eurocontrol is extended. Knowledge Agency provide support in the development of European ATM Architecture (EATMA), which is a reference architecture for Air Traffic Management within the framework of the Single European Sky ATM Research (SESAR). The assignment includes providing a team for development of the architectural framework, providing support for the creation of the architecture along with communication and establishment.
