Information strategy & target architecture at Karlstad Kommun

Knowledge Agency is contracted to assist the municipality of Karlstad in Sweden in its journey to be more data-driven. The project goals are to create an information strategy, a framework for information architecture as well as a target architecture for handling analytical data. The concepts will also be tested in three practical cases revolving around IoT, Open Data, and Business Intelligence.
